Car pickup Yeah.  Ran at gym last night and now upper back tight.,  And my toe is really hurting.

Today is one of those days...diet is no fun.  I would rather have gone out, had a burger/beer, catch a nice buzz go home.  Nope  No lunch, and no drink.

Jan 14 -- Volatility

The scale was up this morning, even though I had a perfect diet day yesterday.  I am tracking calories, what I eat, and it was fine.  Perhaps the soup at lunch had a ton of salt. Perhaps I just hydrated more.  But long term yesterday was a PLUS.  The trend is what matters not 24 hour cycles.  I can't win the scale every day.  Just every week, every month.  Patience.

Jan 13 -- PATIENCE

Last night, in the Yoga class, the rather dippy instructor stressed patience.  Incremental long term Patience and discipline.  She approached it from aptie3nce to solve problems, but I think of it as patience to achieve a goal. One day at a time.

Last night, in the MetCon class, the instructor stressed the importance of consistent improvement.  Work harder to do one more.  One more rep, one more day, one more goal. Don't hit a wall and stop.
