Jan 12 --CONSISTENCY

Last night, in the MetCon class, the instructor stressed the importance of consistent improvement.  Work harder to do one more.  One more rep, one more day, one more goal. Don't hit a wall and stop.

Better than yesterday, not as good as tomorrow.

Hard workout...thought I would puke after.  Lesson learned: take a recovery drink to that kind of thing One step at a time, one brick
