Jan 13 -- PATIENCE

Last night, in the Yoga class, the rather dippy instructor stressed patience.  Incremental long term Patience and discipline.  She approached it from aptie3nce to solve problems, but I think of it as patience to achieve a goal. One day at a time.

Better than yesterday, not as good as tomorrow.

Hard workout...thought I would puke after.  Lesson learned: take a recovery drink to that kind of thing One step at a time, one brick
