The scale was up this morning, even though I had a perfect diet day yesterday. I am tracking calories, what I eat, and it was fine. Perhaps the soup at lunch had a ton of salt. Perhaps I just hydrated more. But long term yesterday was a PLUS. The trend is what
matters not 24 hour
cycles. I can't win the scale every day. Just every week, every month. Patience.
Better than yesterday, not as good as tomorrow.
