tempting day. I was sore, and tired. I went home and babysat...except
Virginia was off at movie night. So no one home...just me, food, wine?
and TV. But I didn't. I ate food and then worked out. Not a crazy
hard core workout, but better than sitting in front of TV. I am
pleased. And I slept well.
I will be 62 when Vee
graduates college. 70 if she marries at 30. I want and need to be
vigorous at that age. This is part of a long term plan to make sure I
am healthy, mentally and physically. Exercise staves off dementia.
That's all I need to remember.
